Oakmont is led by its founder, Skevos Troumouliaris, a registered builder whose career spans more than fifteen years across technical design, project management and construction. He began in structural drafting and building design, preparing architectural, structural and services documentation and guiding projects through engineering, certification and authority approvals.
From there he progressed through contract administration into senior project management, directing teams and the budgets, programmes and reporting of a multi-project residential builder, across townhouse, apartment and commercial developments valued individually up to $22 million. Oakmont was founded to bring that full span of design, management and construction under one roof.
